Instructions for Authors
The Scientific Committee will make their selection
of posters and oral presentations to be presented at the conference based
on the information presented in the extended abstract (approximately 85
lines or about 1000 words). Remember that abstracts for poster and oral
presentations must be submitted by march 1, 2002.
Abstracts are to be prepared according to the following
instructions:

Abstracts should be submitted electronically as an attachment
to an e-mail message in either Word or WordPerfect format. The appropriate
e-mail address is .
In exceptional cases, abstracts may be submitted by
ordinary mail. Please send a hardcopy together with a disk containing the
text in either WordPerfect or Word format to the

Use the A4 format with 1 inch margins, use 12 point Times
Roman font. The text should be single-spaced and left-aligned. Do not indent
paragraphs.

The first line (centred) should contain the title.

The second line (centred) should contain the name(s) of
the author(s). Omit professional and official titles. Underline the presenting
author's name. The author, to whom correspondence will be addressed, should
be noted with an asterisk (*).

The third line should contain the complete address where
the work was done and each author's affiliation (university, company, government
organization, etc.).

The text of the abstract should clearly and concisely
state the objectives, principal results and conclusions. Abstracts that
say "results will be discussed" will not be accepted.

The maximum size of the abstracts is two pages. The two-page
limit (85 lines / 1000 words) includes any figures and tables.

Some relevant references should be given.

Do not use abbreviations with the exception of those standard
in international usage.
